Meet CLINICAL DIRECTOR, Lily Colindres, M.A., BCBA
Lily earned a Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from California State University of Los Angeles and is a certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Lily then went on to earn a Mild to Moderate preliminary teaching credential from CSUN. Lily has dedicated the last 20 years to working alongside individuals and their families in the home, community and school settings. As a bilingual BCBA, Lily is adept at reaching the Spanish speaking community by developing curriculum and training that is accessible. Most recent experience working as a consultant to a residential facility for adults.

Meet Fieldsite Director, Michelle Rifi, M.A., BCBA
Michelle Rifi started in the field of ABA as a behavior therapist in 2007, providing behavioral therapy in clinic, home, preschool, and elementary school settings. She received her BCBA in 2015 and has since directed, mentored, and trained teams of BCBAs and BTs. Michelle is especially interested in language acquisition through play and helping clients reach their goals and independence. She has facilitated ABA presentations across communities including parents and CEU courses to other BCBAs. In her teachings, Michelle rallies for compassionate care in service to families, adults, and children within the autism community.
