Meet De-Anna Green, M.A., BCBA. With 15 years in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), De-Anna began her journey working with moderate to severe adult populations, where she developed a strong foundation in behavior intervention. Her passion for supporting individuals with diverse needs led her to become a special education teacher, where she had the privilege of working with students from grades 2 through 12. Throughout her teaching career, she specialized in working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Emotional and Behavioral Disorders (EBD), and other varying disabilities across public, private, and homebound settings. This experience honed her skills in creating tailored educational plans and implementing effective behavior management strategies. Driven by a desire to further her impact, she pursued certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). As a BCBA, she now integrates her extensive teaching background with advanced behavioral analysis techniques to support and empower individuals of all ages. Her journey reflects a commitment to fostering growth and development in diverse settings, ensuring that each individual's unique needs are met with compassion and expertise."
