Shannon Chipps, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA, is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and special education. Certified in both Oregon and North Carolina, Shannon's journey began as a special education teacher in San Antonio, Texas, where her passion for ABA flourished.

Driven by a commitment to excellence, Shannon pursued a Master's degree in Special Education with a focus on ABA from the University of Texas. Since becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2018, Shannon has played pivotal roles in various settings, including schools, clinics, and homes.

In her role as Training and Development Manager, Shannon prioritizes client-centered care, advocating for autonomy and trauma-informed practices. She believes in a collaborative approach, where clients are active participants in their therapeutic journey.
