Rachael Donahue, M.A., BCBA

Rachael Donahue, M.A., BCBA, earned her Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, from
Franklin Pierce College. She then worked as a one-on-one aide in a special education
classroom. There, she became interested in learning more about behaviors observed in
the classroom and how to help students communicate more effectively. Some years
later, Rachel began working in ABA, primarily providing in-home ABA to children with
autism, under the age of 10.  She started as a Behavior technician in 2010, then quickly
gained her own caseload, becoming a BCaBA in 2014. Rachael continued in the field of
ABA and became Regional Manager—providing support, case management, training,
and feedback to RBTs and parents.  Rachael went on to earn her master’s degree from
Southern New Hampshire University in Child and Adolescent Development in 2018 and
became a BCBA shortly after in 2019. During her time in the field of ABA, Rachael has
trained and mentored RBTs, BCBA students, and other BCBAs, as well as facilitated
CEU trainings on self-injury. She also has experience collaborating with other
community providers such as Speech and Occupational Therapists. Rachael is
interested in parent training and increasing patient autonomy.
