What is Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy?

ABA Therapy is the application of scientifically proven learning methods to the treatment of socially significant behaviors. At Sunrise, ABA principles are adapted to the individual treatment needs of children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder to improve the quality of their lives in all settings, e.g., home, school, recreation, and community. Examples of services include help with deficits in conversation, play, making friends and self-help skills, including potty training.
