Sera Baghdasaryan, M.S., BCBA, Behavior Analyst, graduated from Pepperdine
University School of Education and Psychology in 2020 with a Master's Degree in
Behavioral Psychology. Sera began to work at an ABA agency concurrently as she
pursued her education at California State University of Los Angeles for her undergrad in
Urban Learning. When she stepped into the world of Applied Behavior Analysis, her
passion began to flourish. Sera worked in diverse settings such as schools, clinics, and
homes. The experiences she gained and the lives she touched during her work have
solidified her commitment to fostering positive change. Sera’s journey continues as she
carries the torch of passion for ABA, with a deep sense of purpose and dedication.
